Alcast Company is an aluminum permanent mold foundry located in Peoria, Illinois. Alcast Company uses a unique pouring process that produces very high integrity castings. We pride ourselves in producing porosity-free castings that other foundries have difficulty producing.Proprietary Casting Process
Our unique, proprietary casting process produces high strength, aesthetically pleasing castings. We currently serve many demanding markets including OEM, brake calipers, valve bodies, computer housings, and transmission components. All casting machines and electro-magnetic pumps are built here at Alcast to ensure consistent results.
Value Added Services
To increase customer service and reduce costs, we provide CNC machining, leak testing, and assembly of our castings.
TS 16949
We use the philosophies of the TS 16949 quality standard to increase quality, shorten lead times, and reduce costs. Our lead time on new jobs is consistently ahead of the competition.

Alcast Company has used Electronic Data Information (EDI) and Web based communications with our customers for many years. We use these systems for obtaining purchase orders, material release schedules, and for sending advanced shipping notices.
