1st Shift Industrial Mechanic - CNC Repair


Alcast Company is looking to add another Industrial Mechanic to our CNC Machine shop! We are looking for a detail-oriented and self starting Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in CNC repair. We are willing to do some training for this position, but you MUST have some CNC repair experience to apply. Most of our CNC machines are Makino and Okuma branded machines. Other ideal skills that are desired, but not required are: Programing & troubleshooting PLC's, building & trouble shooting controls, electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical troubleshooting skills, welding & fabrication, pneumatics & hydrualics, etc. When not repairing CNC machines this position will also heavily involve preventative maintenance in our machine shop, and at times you may also be asked to help with repairs and PM's in other areas of our facilities including our foundry, heat treat, core shop, and finishing shop. Hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday and pay will depend on experience. 2nd Shift Industrial Mechanic - Welding & Fabrication


Alcast Company is also looking to add another member to our 2nd shift maintenance. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self starting Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in welding and fabrication. This position will be heavier on the side of welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs, but could include some electrical repairs at times. We are willing to do some training for this position, but you MUST have some welding and fabricating experience to apply. Other ideal skills that are desired, but not required are: mechanical troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics & hydraulics repair & troubleshooting, etc. This position will include steel basket repair, repairs in our foundry, heat treat, core, and possibly machine shop departments and when not preforming repairs you will be expected to help preform preventative maintenance in many areas of our facilities. Training will happen on 1st shift for 1-2 months depending on experience and will then transition to 2nd shift which is 5pm-3am Monday through Friday and pay will depend on experience.
