The Alcast Company aluminum foundry currently produces aluminum castings up to 187 pounds in quantities of 10 to 400, and small aluminum castings with volumes exceeding 500,000 pieces per year. Aluminum castings produced with our process can be cored, heat treated, painted, polished, chrome plated, chromated, or anodized.
