The Alcast Company aluminum foundry currently produce turbines, impellers, and stator castings ranging from 3 pounds to over 120 pounds and from 7 inches diameter to over 32 inches diameter. We can provide raw castings to customers who prefer to machine their own castings or fully machined and balanced castings.
Our shell core process consistently produces smoother surface finishes than our competition, and can produce very exotic blade configurations. We produce torque converter cores using segments, helically drawn and single piece configurations.
