Alcast Company is highly experienced in producing cast aluminum cooler plates with cast-in steel tubes using both our tilt pour and low pressure bottom fill electro magnetic permanent mold processes. At the Alcast Company aluminum foundry we produce various aluminum housings and plates used to house and cool on board engine computures.
The picture below is a cast aluminum electronic cooling module to house computer components. The aluminum casting is approximately 12 in. by 12 in. with a pour weight of 4.70 lbs. of aluminum.
