Our aluminum foundry produces these porosity free and leak free aluminum castings without impregnation. Before coming to our semi permanent mold aluminum foundry the previous foundry had high defect rates even after double impregnation. Our high quality shell sand cores also provide an exceptional surface finish on the cored surfaces of the cast aluminum valve body.
