Using our high quality shell sand cores and low pressure semi permanent mold aluminum casting process we can produce blades in our high quality aluminum stator castings and aluminum torque converters components which have a very smooth surface finish, thin sectioned blades, along with complex shapes and configurations.

Below you can see a raw stator casting on the left, and a machined cast aluminum torque converter component on the right. These types of high quality aluminum castings are commonly used in the construction, mining, agricultural, and heavy truck industries.
