High Quality A356 Aluminum Vehicle Control Valve Castings

In our aluminum foundry we manufacture these 1.5 lb. high quality A356 aluminum valve castings which are used as a vehicle control valve. Originally these valve castings were manufactured as an iron casting, and experienced leaking due to porosity. The control valve was then manufactured from solid aluminum billet to reduce the weight and to resolve the porosity issues of the valve casting. Due to our low pressure electro magnetic bottom fill semi permanent mold aluminum casting process used at in our aluminum foundry, a porosity-free aluminum vehicle control valve casting was delivered at a 66% cost savings to the customer. This reduced the weight of the vehicle control valves, reduced costs, and virtually eliminated defects!
