Cast Aluminum Industrial Fan Blades with Steel Inserts
Our aluminum foundry manufactures a wide variety of cast aluminum industrial fan blades for a multitude of industrial ventilation and other ventilation uses. Most of our industrial fan blade aluminum castings are produced with threaded steel stud inserts cast in the base of the aluminum fan blade to use as mounting points on to the fans hub.
Depending on the application of the industrial ventilation system and strength requirements of the cast aluminum blades these can be heat treated to either T5 or T6. Since the aluminum industrial fan blade castings can be cast with an air foil shape they can be much more efficient than standard stamped fan blades. All of this along with our aluminum foundry's proprietary aluminum casting process gives you a high quality and high performance industrial fan blade!
