Permanent Mold Cast Aluminum Aftermarket Automotive Wheel Centers

These are three sizes of one of the styles of the cast aluminum aftermarket automotive wheel center inserts that we manufacture in our permanent mold aluminum foundry. This is an alternative and more cost effective way of manufacturing automotive wheel centers compared to machining them out of billet. These aftermarket automotive aluminum wheel castings are heat treated in our permanent mold aluminum foundry and then shipped to the customer who polishes them to a mirror finish or powder coats them. The Aluminum wheel center castings are then welded into the appropriate size aluminum hoop.
