Brake Calipers

We produce many styles of brake calipers for various recreational vehicles and can be provided as raw or machined castings. Many of these aluminum brake calipers are; shot blasted for a natural matte finish, painted, or even chromed.

Master Cylinders

Our aluminum foundry uses our unique low pressure permanent mold aluminum casting process to produce many high quality American made automotive brake master cylinders.

Torque Converters

We designed our low pressure, bottom fill, electro magnetic, permanent mold casting process specifically to provide top quality aluminum torque converter castings. Using our shell core process we can provide exceptionally smooth surface finishes, and along with our segmented, helically drawn or single piece cores we can produce very exotic blade configurations in our torque converters.

Industrial Fans, Hubs, Blowers, and Impellers

The Alcast Company foundry in Peoria Illinois, USA produces many components for industrial fans, blowers, and impellers including those with cast in steel studs. As with all our castings these can be provided as raw castings or machined.

Valve Bodies

Alcast Company produces many porosity free valve body castings. These aluminum castings can be internally cored and can also be machined. Many of our cast aluminum valve bodies are used in hydrostatic transmissions.

Tube and Steel Insert Castings

Using both our tilt pour and low pressure bottom fill electro magnetic permanent mold processes Alcast Company is highly experienced in producing cast aluminum cooler plates with cast-in steel tubes. Steel inserts can also be cast into our aluminum castings, such as with industrial fan blades, and torque converters.

The Alcast Company aluminum foundry currently produces permanent and semi permanent mold aluminum castings up to 187 pounds in quantities of 10 to 400. Smaller aluminum castings are also produced with volumes exceeding 500,000 pieces per year.

Alcast Company also has a full machine shop so our aluminum castings can be machined, balanced, and more in house.

Aluminum castings produced with our process can be machined, cored, heat treated, painted, polished, chrome plated, chromated, or anodized.
