About Alcast Company Alcast Company of Peoria, Illinois was founded in 1970 and is a TS 16949 registered aluminum foundry that produces high quality permanent and semi permanent mold aluminum castings with over 110,000 square feet of manufacturing space. On March 26th 2009 Alcast Company became an affiliate of Stahl Specialty Company through a strategic alliance. This alliance allows for technology sharing and resource sharing between Alcast Company and Stahl Specialty and enables our company to better serve our costumers. The Alcast Company aluminum foundry produces very high integrity casting using its proprietary low pressure bottom fill electro magnetic permanent / semi permanent molding machines. These aluminum casting machines along with many of our shell core machines are constructed and maintained internally. This not only provides a low cost structure for our customers but also ensures that not only our castings are of extremely high quality, but so are the machines they are made on. This gives Alcast Company the added advantage of not only being experts on permanent mold aluminum castings, but also experts with the machines and processes used to create them.
