Porosity & Leak Free Cast Aluminum Valve Bodies With Out Impregnation!

These cast aluminum valve bodies are examples of some of our foundry's permanent mold aluminum castings which are both porosity free and leak free without the use of impregnation. Previously, even after double impregnation, these valve body aluminum castings were experiencing a high number of defects due to porosity. Since our permanent mold aluminum foundry was approached to produce these valve bodies, our proprietary process has delivered porosity free and leak free castings, never requiring impregnation, while exceeding the expectations of our customer! Below you can see this product as both a raw aluminum casting, along with a fully machined valve body.
